For our Holiday Edition, Head Sommelier Andrea Kringle will guide guests through four distinctive Tabor Hill wines, each accompanied by a thoughtfully crafted small plate inspired by the flavors and traditions of the holiday season. This curated tasting menu features four smaller, chef-prepared portions, allowing guests to explore the relationship between food and wine rather than a traditional full-course dinner.

From the richness of Chardonnay to the bright character of Albariño Sur Lie, the aromatic complexity of Gewürztraminer, and the depth of Merlot, Andrea will share the stories behind each wine while exploring how flavor, texture, and balance come together to create memorable pairings.
