We take great pride in crafting exceptional wines and providing an outstanding customer experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.
Returns & Exchanges: Due to Michigan State Laws, we cannot accept returns on wine, spirits, or other perishable items. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to provide a replacement or refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive an order that is damaged in transit or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@moerschhg.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your request and, if approved, send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Corked or Faulty Wine: While rare, if you receive a bottle that is corked or has a quality concern, please reach out to us within 30 days of purchase. We may request that you return the bottle for evaluation before issuing a replacement or store credit.
Cancellations & Order Modifications: If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@moerschhg.com Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.
