Hosted within the vineyard at Tabor Hill, this intimate shared dining experience invites guests to slow down, connect with new friends, and savor the flavors of the season as our culinary team presents a thoughtfully curated fall menu inspired by the bounty of Southwest Michigan. Each course highlights ingredients from local farms and regional producers, showcasing the richness and diversity of the area’s agriculture while celebrating the connection between the land, the table, and the glass.
Every dish is thoughtfully paired with Tabor Hill wines, allowing guests to experience the season through both food and wine while discovering the distinctive character of the Lake Michigan Shore AVA.
