Farm to Tabor: Communal Dining Experience | Saturday, December 19

Saturday, December 19 | 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM EST | Tabor Hill Winery & Restaurant

Gather around the table for a winter edition of Farm to Tabor, an immersive communal dining experience celebrating the flavors, people, and sense of place that make Southwest Michigan special.

Hosted at Tabor Hill Winery & Restaurant, this intimate shared-table dinner invites guests to slow down, connect, and experience the season through a thoughtfully curated multi-course menu inspired by winter in the region. Each course will highlight local and seasonal ingredients, bringing together the warmth of the kitchen, the character of the vineyard, and the creativity of the chefs around one communal table.

Every dish will be thoughtfully paired with Tabor Hill wines, giving guests the opportunity to experience how food and wine evolve together while discovering the distinctive character of the Lake Michigan Shore AVA.

For this special Farm to Tabor experience, the Tabor Hill culinary team welcomes Guest Chef Cheyenne Galbraith, chef and owner of Houndstooth in Benton Harbor. With more than 20 years of culinary experience, Galbraith’s career has taken her from formal culinary training in North Carolina to kitchens in Albuquerque and Southwest Michigan. In 2019, she opened Houndstooth, where her seasonal New American cooking brings together bold flavors, French-inspired technique, and a deep connection to community and place.

Chef Cheyenne will join the Tabor Hill culinary team for a collaborative menu rooted in seasonality, regional ingredients, and a shared belief that some of the most memorable dining experiences happen when food brings people together.

From thoughtfully sourced ingredients and winter-inspired dishes to wines crafted from the surrounding region, Farm to Tabor is a celebration of Southwest Michigan agriculture, culinary creativity, wine, and community.
