General Cancellation: Guests who cancel their reservation 7 days or more prior to their reservation date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the reservation date will be issued a gift card for the cabana reservation dollar amount minus service fees. No gift card will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the reservation time.If you want to cancel, please email us at roundbarn@moerschhg.com and add "Cancel Vineyard Cabana" in the subject line.
Weather Cancellations: Round Barn Winery & Estate reserves the right to cancel reservations on the day of your scheduled cabana due to inclement weather. As soon as a weather decision is made, Round Barn Winery & Estate will notify you of the change via phone or email. A gift card will be issued for the cabana reservation dollar amount minus service fees.
- Even though Round Barn Winery & Estate is dog-friendly, we do not allow dogs in the Vineyard Cabanas.
- Well-behaved kids are always welcome but need to be closely attended by adults at all times.
- Babies and toddlers do not count towards the guest count.
- if you do not show up within 15 minutes of your reservation time, the reservation may be refilled. If you arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation, your reservation will end at the same time (as scheduled), and it will not get extended.
